The food is Italian-American and more specifically New York Italian. Many of our dishes are from family recipes that are over 100 years old and reflect the passion that has been passed down for generations.
It all started with Grandma Joans meatballs. Sunday afternoons I would sit and wait for the clock to hit 3pm (dinner time). The smell of Grandma frying the meatballs is something I will never forget. When we got the opportunity to open a restaurant I knew the meatballs were going to be the first thing we put on the menu. It took weeks before I got the recipe just right (Grandma says theyre Ok) and the rest history.
